Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 SUV

With Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Range Rover, and even Aston Martin entering the space, Mercedes-Benz isn't going to let the ultra-luxury SUV market go unchallenged. The new Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 builds on the GLS platform with a Maybach-exclusive rework of its 4.0L twin-turbo V8, making 550 horsepower and 538 ft-lb of torque. The biggest change is in the rear passenger area, where the second and third-row seats have been removed for a three-seat arrangement. We would recommend springing for the special request option, however — two reclining seats with footrests and a large center console. Two large touchscreen displays allow access to the entertainment and climate control systems, along with touches like retractable tables and a refrigerator to keep your champagne perfectly chilled at all times — the Maybach-branded champagne glasses are optional. Deliveries of the GLS 600 will start in the second half of 2020.
