Mezcal Campante

Crafted in small batches using traditional techniques, Mezcal Campante blends two types of agave for a unique, smooth drink. Espadin and Barril agave piñas from the nutrient-rich Oaxaca region are cooked in an above ground stone oven, fermented in large wooden vats, and double distilled in copper pots before being bottled at 40% ABV. The process allows some of the smoke flavor to dissipate, resulting in a mix of flavors that range from slightly sweet citrus to light herbal tones, while still retaining the smoky essence the spirit is known for.
