NXT Rage Electric Motorcycle

Dutch electric motorcycle startup NXT launched its first bike, the Rage, at the 2019 Motorbeurs in Utrecht, Netherlands. The innovative design has more than just an electric motor and 7" color display — the motorcycle also features a full carbon fiber chassis that promises to get the most out of its electric drivetrain at a very reasonable price. The weight savings from using carbon fiber directly translate into better range, handling, and braking. The rest of the NXT is as cutting-edge as its chassis, with Öhlins forks and monoshock and Brembo brakes. There's no word on when the bike will be available to the public, but NXT is already talking about expanding from the standard Rage's modular design into enduro, cruisers, and sports models.
