For the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, Plant Prefab and Koto partner up to reveal two new designs in the LivingHomes lineup. The dwellings are rooted in sustainable living, offering net-zero capabilities in a sleek, minimalist package. The first, Yksi, is a 1,148-square-foot, two-bedroom shelter. Its sculpted form features a cantilevered design that creates expansive deck space and terraces for outdoor living. The larger Piha offers four-bedrooms and 2,184 square feet in a L-shaped layout organized around two courtyards. Both homes present a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic with natural materials and light-filled living spaces while keeping a strong connection with the natural surroundings. Like all of the LivingHomes, each house comes equipped with Amazon Alexa-compatible smart home devices.
