Winston Yeh's Caliber Royale stole the show at EICMA last November, and Royal Enfield promised a production version on the spot, then went quiet for eight months on how anyone could actually buy one. That silence just broke: 100 units worldwide, 10 earmarked for the US, sold sneaker-drop style through a timed online registration rather than a dealership walk-in. Mechanically it's the stock Shotgun: a 648cc parallel twin making 46 horsepower. The changes are all finish work. Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black bodywork splits along a hand-applied gold leaf stripe with grey accents, a hand-cast brass tank badge replicates the one off Yeh's original build, and each bike carries its own edition number. Gold fork inner tubes, contrast-cut alloy rims, a quilted leather seat, and black bar-end mirrors round out the build. The rarest part of the package isn't on the bike at all: a Yeh-signed poster of the Caliber Royale, numbered to match.
