SCG ZE Fuel Cell Boot Pickup Concept

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus is about to take its Boot Baja truck in an entirely different, zero-emissions direction with the ZE Fuell Cell concept. Using an extended version of the Boot's offroad chassis, the ZE will use a hydrogen fuel cell powerplant with the goal of becoming the first zero-emissions vehicle to complete the Baja 1000. The concept renderings show the underlying Boot DNA, with an extended cab that houses the fuel cell and a full-size pickup bed, along with the ability to use the truck as a generator. Glickenhaus plans on beginning construction of the prototype later in 2021, with a call-out to Elon Musk to meet them at the Baja 1000 sometime in the future.
