Space 220 Restaurant

Unless you're a billionaire with your own aerospace company, chances are you're not headed to space anytime soon. Disney is offering the next best thing with its Space 220 Restaurant. Located at Walt Disney World's Epcot as part of the Mission: SPACE attraction, the new dining experience will take guests 220 miles above Earth via a space elevator. Visitors can watch the theme park shrink away from viewports underfoot as they ascend to the Centauri Space Station. While there, they'll be served modern American cuisine and themed cocktails while staring into the cosmos and watching the astronauts at work. Space 220 is slated to open mid-September and coincide with the Walt Disney World Resort's 50th Anniversary celebration.
