To return to the brand's roots, Yamazaki 25 has been reformulated by fifth-generation Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo who chose American oak, Spanish oak, and Japanese Mizunara oak to age the elusive dram. The single malt is bottled at 86 proof with a label printed on mulberry Echizen paper that was handmade using a traditional Japanese process of drying sheets on wood boards.
