Andrzej Sapkowski's book series has already seen its share of adaptations, including the popular video game from CD Projekt Red. Now, Geralt of Rivia is making his way to Netflix. Based more on the novels than the RPG, the series will see Henry Cavill as the medieval monster slayer when season one premieres December 20, 2019.
Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan return to Jumanji but things aren't exactly how they left it. The avatars are inhabited by new players and the in-game world is even more insane than the original. Also starring Danny DeVito and Danny Glover, the film is slated for release December 13, 2019.

It's the matchup we've all wanted since Porsche announced the all-electric Taycan — a proper drag race between the Taycan and the Tesla Model S on an airport runway. The two EV heavyweights battled it out, and Porsche proved that they've done their homework. The only downside is that despite all the speed, there's very little noise.
After two years of some of the most surreal, unsettling video game trailers ever, Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding has gotten its most complete trailer and a release date. On November 8, 2019, Playstation 4 owners will be able to dive into a world that seems to fuse the quasi-supernatural and military elements of Kojima's Metal Gear series into a post-apocalyptic future where the dead are stranded in the world of the living. Norman Reedus and Mads Mikkelson take starring roles in the game, further blurring the lines between cinema and gaming — a trend Kojima himself started.
Secrid rose to prominence with their Cardprotector, a design award winner that kept cards from breaking and preventing unauthorized RFID/NFC scanning. Those same features are at the core of the Cardslide, but with some big upgrades. Not only does the high-quality aluminum casing keep your cards protected, but with one movement they slide out in overlapping sequence for easy retrieval. It can hold up to six cards, or use the space for notes, coins, and keys instead. Either way, the Cardslide is tough and durable yet lightweight.

Driven, determined, and daring can all be used to describe both Lady Gaga and David Beckham. Those same characteristics that catapulted the two superstars to fame are also the foundation for the success of Tudor. Somewhere in Los Angeles, the pair meet for the first time and bond over their daring attitudes while sporting pieces from the Swiss watchmaker's Black Bay collection.
It's the best book-to-film adaptation that pretty much threw out everything in the book — Stanley Kubrick's The Shining. The psychological horror masterpiece famously took Stephen King's best-selling novel and barely used anything other than the characters and setting while creating some of the most iconic scenes in film history — along with forever linking Kubrick to moon landing conspiracies. Screen Junkies take a shot at the film with a slightly-more-honest trailer.
