1587 Prime Steakhouse

Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes are taking their partnership off the field to add to the Kansas City restaurant scene. Named after the football duo's jersey numbers, 1587 Prime is a collaboration with the hospitality collective Noble 33, delivering a modern take on the American steakhouse experience. It'll be located in the Loews Hotel and take up 10,000 square feet across two stories to include private dining rooms, an unreal meat display, and the largest wine collection in the state. The one-of-a-kind dining experience is expected to open early next year.

Boeing SST Model Framed Print

The winner of a government-funded contract to build an American supersonic jet, the Boeing SST 2707 was boldly ambitious. It was also an abject failure. Designed to carry between 250 and 300 passengers at speeds of up to Mach 3, it was much larger — and faster — than the Concorde, but left trails of sonic boom destruction in its wake. A curiosity of aviation history, a prototype model of the infamous aircraft is seen here, mounted in the Ames Wind Tunnel during testing. The photo is printed on Fuji crystal archive paper, numbered and certified, and comes encased inside a hand-made solid wood white or black frame that's ready to hang. Limited edition of 495.
