Aston Martin's Sylvan Rock Compound
Aston Martin created its first single-family compound, Sylvan Rock, in the Hudson Valley. The main residence is designed to resemble a rock formation, with a jagged roofline and a black cedar facade. The 7,773-square-foot house has four bedrooms, an executive office, a gym, spa, and a movie theater, along with a lounge whose wine storage carries Aston Martin's cross-hatched lattice. The Aston Martin Design Group created custom furnishings that come with the property. Beside the house is a 50-foot pool and outdoor kitchen. Farther out on the property are three guest homes, a tennis and sports court, an architect-designed treehouse, and a spring-fed pond.
