Bugatti Residences Miami
Bugatti has spent over a century building cars around a philosophy the brand calls Art de Vivre: precision, individuality, and an almost obsessive attention to detail. Bugatti Residences Miami, officially named La Maison Ultime, marks the marque's first branded residential project in the US, following a debut tower in Dubai. The $650 million building will hold 183 residences, including four penthouses, on a Brickell waterfront parcel with more than 300 feet of frontage along the Miami River. Brandon Haw Architecture is reportedly working Bugatti's signature C-line, the curved profile that runs through every one of its car bodies, directly into the 60-story tower's facade. That same level of consideration extends beyond the exterior, covering everything from arrival and interiors to daily service and privacy, all shaped around the standards Bugatti applies to a hypercar. Yabu Pushelberg, the design duo behind interiors for Aman, Four Seasons, and Rosewood, is designing the residences themselves, while Rhodium, whose investors include Monaco's Royal Family, will provide white-glove butler service and manage day-to-day operations. Sales are set to launch in 2027.
