Bugatti Blanc Éternel Hypercar

Every digitally designed car body is built from NURBS surfaces, a mesh of patches stitched into one smooth shape, with seams that exist only inside the CAD model and never appear on the finished car. Bugatti's W16 Mistral "Blanc Éternel" turns that invisible patch layout into the finish itself, tracing the hidden seams by hand in fine black lines across the entire white bodywork and cabin. The one-of-one Sur Mesure commission carries the same linework inside, hand-painted onto white leather in black. Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin, the royal porcelain house behind the Veyron Grand Sport "L'Or Blanc" fifteen years earlier, contributed porcelain inlays that shrink 17 percent during kiln firing: the EB emblem, fuel and oil caps, gear-shifter shells, and window-lifter buttons are all cast in the material and fitted by hand.
