Maturo Ferrari 308 Stradale Restomod

Between 1978 and 1985, Giuliano Michelotto built 15 Ferrari 308 GTBs into Group 4 and Group B rally cars that won 30 races in the Italian and European Rally Championships, before the Audi Quattro's all-wheel drive made rear-drive competition obsolete and history mostly forgot they existed. Maturo Competition Cars did not. The 308 Stradale takes an original 308 GTB back to bare metal and rebuilds it as the rally car Michelotto would recognize: an integrated roll cage, over 150 structural welds, and widened rear arches faithful to the original Group 4 cars, wrapped in 15-inch wheels shod in Pirelli P7 Corsa rubber. The 3.0-liter naturally aspirated Dino V8 climbs from roughly 250 hp to 400 through new camshafts, a redesigned intake, and a Capristo exhaust, backed by a five-speed gated manual with rally-inspired ratios, a limited-slip differential, and TracTive electronically adjustable dampers. Carbon fiber bucket seats and an Abarth-inspired gauge cluster finish the interior. Ten builds, worldwide.
