Eight years in development and Google's Waymo is ready to introduce its self-driving cars to the world. While they aren't quite ready for the public, they're extremely close. This demo shows a car in action and what the future of drive will look like.
For the first time, Steven Spielberg and Meryl Streep are together in the same film. The Post stars Streep as The Washington Post's Katharine Graham, the first woman owner of a major newspaper, with Hanks as editor Ben Bradlee. The story centers on the decision to publish the Pentagon Papers, a study commissioned by former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, that blew the lid off the US government's three-decade-long involvement in Vietnam. The Post comes to theaters December 22, 2017.
Duke Cannon's Father's Day lineup leans into the brand's familiar formula of oversized grooming essentials, military-inspired packaging, and unapologetically rugged scent profiles, but beneath the tongue-in-cheek attitude sits a genuinely practical collection of daily-use upgrades. The gift guide ranges from heavyweight Big Ass Bricks of Soap and bourbon-forward beard care to colognes, tactical shower bundles, and shave kits built for dads who prefer utility over luxury-brand vanity. Everything arrives wrapped in Duke Cannon's signature blue-collar aesthetic, balancing humor with legitimately solid formulations made for hard-working skin, dry hands, and low-maintenance routines. It is less about reinventing grooming and more about turning everyday basics into something that feels giftable, durable, and distinctly masculine.

Augustinus Bader's The Retinol Serum rethinks traditional retinol treatments with a formula designed to deliver visible skin renewal without the irritation that often comes with high-performance vitamin A products. Powered by the brand's proprietary TFC8 technology alongside pure retinol, the lightweight serum targets fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture, blemishes, and hyperpigmentation while supporting hydration and overall skin balance. The result is a more refined approach to retinol, one engineered to improve clarity, firmness, and smoothness without compromising the skin barrier in the process.

When he's not making movies, Keanu Reeves is indulging in his real passion — making motorcycles. Together with co-founder Gard Hollinger, they start Arch Motorcycle Company. More than just a custom shop, Arch uses big v-twin engines set in custom frames and bodywork, with each bike tailored to its individual customer. With a radical new model on the horizon, Arch showed off the latest in VR and computer-controlled manufacturing techniques, along with some old-school hand craftsmanship in this tour of their facility.
It was the car that created it's own category — the pony car. The Ford Mustang took the chassis from the Ford Falcon and draped it in beautiful two-door, long hood-short deck bodywork that was the template others would follow. While GM's Camero and Firebird took a hiatus or disappeared completely over the years, the Mustang has never gone out of production. Here's how the original pony car has changed over the last 50-plus years.
It takes a deft touch to pick up bottles — when you're using a Sennebogen 830 scrap handler. The folks at DeBoss Garage showed off some serious heavy equipment skills at V&R Recycling, delicately picking up glass bottles and putting them back in a box. Obviously, the operator wasn't emptying the bottles himself — machinery this heavy and alcohol are a bad mix. Enjoy heavy equipment responsibly.
The grand finale drops this Valentine's Day as the curtain comes down on Mr. and Mrs. Grey in Fifty Shades Freed. The third film shows Ana being stalked by her former boss, Jack Hyde, Christian buying Ana a new home that comes with an architect who's interested in her husband, a car chase — and a few intimate scenes. Starring Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dorman, Fifty Shades Freed releases — you guessed it — on Valentine's Day 2018.
Frasé Skin is an Australian men's skincare brand built for the guys most products overlook: tradesmen and outdoor workers dealing with sun, dust, and grime all day. Bar soap rarely gets an upgrade, but the Duke Cannon Soap Puck rethinks the format with a compact, palm-sized design built for grip, portability, and longevity. Triple-milled for a denser, longer-lasting bar, it delivers a rich lather while holding up better than typical soaps, making it just as suited for daily showers as it is for gym bags and travel kits. Formulated with natural oils and free of phthalates, it cleans without overcomplicating things, while the rounded puck shape feels deliberate in hand. It's a small shift in form that turns a basic essential into something more considered and durable.

During filming for Blue Planet II, the team took a submarine over 2300 feet to the ocean to see what happens when a dead whale corpse hits bottom. They found massive six-gill sharks feeding on the carcass, fighting with each other for the meal. The sharks were so aggressive that they thought the sub was competition — and started aggressively hitting the ship.
You hate your job. You've had it with your boss. What do you do? Spend a year animating a seven-minute short showing exactly how you feel. Tim Searfoss did exactly that in this excellent piece of storytelling about being a drone on the line.
