Bang & Olufsen Beosystem 3000c Turntable

Each of the 100 units in Bang & Olufsen's Beosystem 3000c starts as an actual Beogram 3000 from 1985, sourced secondhand and shipped to the company's factory in Struer, Denmark for a full rebuild. The turntable keeps its original tangential tonearm, a design B&O introduced in 1972 that tracks straight across the record instead of swinging in an arc, paired with the "Optimum Pivot Point" suspension system that isolated the arm from vibration. Everything around that mechanism is new: a re-anodized aluminum chassis, a walnut back cover, and a redesigned pickup cartridge, finished in a "Dune Grey" colorway of matte aluminum and dark walnut. It pairs with two Beolab 8 speakers in the same finish, streaming over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and AirPlay alongside the turntable's analog signal. Every set is individually numbered and engraved, with a certificate of authenticity. The deck inside is forty years old. The finish on it is brand new.
