Blackbridge Land Rover Defender 110 Mark II SUV

Blackbridge Motor's latest custom Defender focuses on an aural experience from both the entertainment system and the tailpipes. Built on a classic Defender 110, Blackbridge wedged a 6.2-liter LT4 V8 making 650 horsepower under the hood, backed by an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Land Rover LT230 transfer case is retained, with Blackbridge fabricating custom front and rear driveshafts for the application. Disc brakes at all four corners, a redesigned steering box and linkage, and Fox dampers bring the chassis up to par with the engine. Inside, a Sony RSX-GS9 head unit with Moral Reference speakers in custom enclosures rival the soundtrack from the GM V8. The rear seats have been replaced with captain's chairs to match the front, with folding jump seats in the cargo area for extra passenger space, all trimmed in Doeskin finish Garrett Leather Caressa.
