You're often a little more cultured, worldly, and softened by a visit to San Francisco, and the same is to say of the SF-born Chartreuse Swizzle. What entered as a high-proof French liqueur, sharp pineapple juice, and a liqueur reserved for tiki drinks left as a balanced and refreshing long drink served over crushed ice. This drink is verdant, vibrant, and ready for ornate garnish.
1 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz Velvet falernum
1 oz Pineapple juice
3/4 oz Lime juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins or pint glass over ice. Garnish with lime wheels, pineapple spear, and pineapple leaf.
