Bold, playful, and sexy. What seems like a cocktail born on the Las Vegas Strip is actually a transplant from London. Created by Douglas Ankrah in 2002, this sultry mix of vodka, passionfruit, and lime comes stock with a sidecar of champagne. It's so delicious it might not make it more than one song.
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Passion fruit purée
1 oz Vanilla syrup
½ oz Fresh lime juice
2 oz Brut-style rosé
Champagne or dry rosé sparkling wine
Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, or until frosted on the outside. Strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with half a passion fruit. Serve with a sidecar of brut-style rosé Champagne or dry rosé sparkling wine.
